Review: Tower T12002W Vitablend Blender

Guest blog by Carlton

When we got this product into our store we really liked what the box stated it could do, so we decided to have it out on a recent demo day. We made milkshakes and smoothies; even crushing ice and nuts was made light work of. We were impressed by just how easy it all was to setup, simply connecting the mixer jug to the blender and at the end of a busy day what a relief it was to find just how easy it was to wash up to!

With the Tower Vitablend you can pulse, blend very fine or keep things a bit chunky.

For those who like their smoothies truly healthy – or for those in a hurry – the powerful stainless steel blades will deal with seeds, stems and skins. Max the nutritional value and save time with no peeling, de-seeding or straining, just chuck it all in.

Our customers loved our easy-peasy frappe recipe, the perfect way to demonstrate just how simple making delicious drinks can be. Just put one espresso shot, a glass of milk and some ice into the Vitablend, blitz and – hey presto – a delicious frappe. If you’re feeling decadent, a squeeze of chocolate sauce makes this even more delicious.

We loved the different size cups all with lids, perfect when you’re on the go.

The blending jug is safe to go into a fridge and all the blender parts can go into a dishwasher apart from the base unit. The steamer and strainer cups are very useful as you can use them in the microwave. It comes with a recipe book that has many tasty recipes to try and it explains very well how to use the different blades, cups etc.

In summary: The build design and quality makes it very easy to use and clean, making it great value for money. The recipe book includes lots of quick and simple ideas to get fruit and veg into your family without spending lots of money on a blender and this is an all in one, no need to buy anything else. It’s not just for smoothies; this machine can make milkshakes, soups, puree, chop your veg and is great for crushed ice and nuts.
