One of the main features for this washing machine is the design which has been perfected to care for your clothes during the cycles. The Honeycomb drum is a web-like surface structure which creates a thin film of water between the drum and the laundry. This results in your laundry gently gliding around the drum and protects the fibres of your clothes perfectly. The smaller, smoothly polished shouldered holes in the walls of the drum are also gentle on your textiles and help to prevent pilling and laddering of your favourite garments.
There is also the Convenient and eco-friendly dispensing with Mieles single use capsules. CapDosing technology allows you to simply add a single use capsule which is made from 100% recycled plastic to the fabric conditioner drawer. The contents of a capsule offers the perfect amount for a single wash cycle which means there is no risk of adding too much or too little detergent to your cycle. There is 6 special-purpose detergents to choose from, plus 3 fabric conditioners, the ImpraProtect proofing agent, Booster for stubborn soiling and also CottonRepair.
The Automatic load recognition features will analyse the current load and uses only the amount of water and electricity needed for each cycle. This ensures your get excellent cleaning and rinsing results every time you use your new washing machine. You have plenty of programmes to choose from which allows you to always find the right programme for what needs washing. These include the Dark garments/Denim, Woollens, Shirts, Outerwear, Proofing, Express 20 and Delicates. You really are spoilt for choice. There is also a Pre-ironing option which allows you to reduce the need for ironing by up to 50%. It works by activating a smoothing programme at the end of the wash cycle, during this, laundry is tumbled inside the moist, warm drum, which has a smoothing effect.
Even after the wash cycle has started you can still add any missed items thanks to the AddLoad feature. Whether it's a pair of jeans, a blouse or just a sock: thanks to the AddLoad function, you can easily add any laundry items that you've forgotten up until shortly before the end of the programme. This means you can add or remove items just for rinsing or spinning. Operation is easy: press the Start / Add laundry button and the door unlocks at the touch of a button. If your appliance is networked, AddLoad is indicated in the app or by Alexa.
