Miele@home connectivity allows the dryer to be paired with the Miele app, giving users the ability to control the appliance from anywhere within the home. DryProtect is a patented filter system (patent EP 2 455 537) that maintains consistent dryer performance throughout the appliance's service life. By protecting the heat exchanger from lint and debris, the system helps to keep running times short and energy consumption lower, without requiring the user to manually clean the heat exchanger.
The AddLoad function allows additional laundry items to be added to a cycle after it has already begun. This means forgotten garments do not need to be set aside for a separate drying cycle, making the overall process more convenient and efficient.
SilenceDrum reduces operational noise through a specially designed drum that incorporates insulating strips.
