How does it work?
If your product breaks or isn’t working quite how it’s supposed to, just give us a call on 01480 418950. We’ll ask a few questions to make sure we understand the problem and might even be able to fix it over the phone.
If your product needs repairing or replacing, we will come to your home at a time that works for you. It’s usually within 48 working hours, letting you get back to all the other things you’d rather be doing.
Who repairs my product?
Our friendly, experienced engineers. They are trained to get you up and running as quickly as possible, with the aim of getting all repairs completed in just one visit.
And don’t forget, there are no charges for the repairs or unexpected costs to worry about.
What happens on repair day?
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. You’ll get a text and/or email the day before, confirming when your engineer will arrive.
You may get a call from your engineer to ask a few more questions about the fault to make sure they’ve got all the spare parts they might need.
Upon arrival, your engineer will carry out the necessary checks and diagnostics before starting the repair to help ensure that the problem is fixed in one visit.
What happens if my appliance cannot be repaired?
We’ll swap the product as soon as we can with a like-for-like model at no extra cost. Or, you might decide it’s time for an upgrade, and we’ll help you choose the right product for your family.
