Account Verification: When applying for an account with us we conduct checks against the company including directors and owners. These checks are made to ensure we can make an accurate decision regarding the validity of your account and to protect against fraud and money laundering. We may decide to decline your application this may be for the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive): poor credit ratings, poor payment history, previous outstanding debt, frequency of director changes, conflict of interest, and non-UK registered business. Your data is held internally and only processed in accordance with your account application. We do not pass this information on to any third parties outside our organisation. From time to time we may review company creditworthiness and make changes to account limits based on account payment history, current financial rating and frequency of account use.
