Important Ordering Information
Hughes Trade are a B2B seller and you will be required to have an open business account to purchase through us - you can do this via the online form here.
Official Council and School orders will be automatically accepted, although we may need to make a phone call to check everything is in order.
How to place your orders
Ordering with us couldn’t be simpler! With several options available, place your order the way that best suits you:
- Call - phone your local trade counter or our main sales line
- Email - email your local branch or sales contact directly
- Visit us in-person - come in and see us at your local trade branch
- Online - our responsive website means you can place your orders online from any computer or smart mobile device. For full details on online ordering, please see the ‘Online Orders’ section below.
When ordering offline, the Trade Advisor working on your enquiry will see your order through to completion and be your first point of call for any changes, updates or queries. Our trade branches are open weekdays and may vary depending on location - please visit our branch locator for full contact details here.
You can login to the website and view your prices and place your orders online. If you don't have a login, simply contact us via the Live Chat service or call your local trade branch.
All invoices will be sent out once the goods have been dispatched, collected or delivered, and are due for payment within the terms of your account. If you are not sure of your terms, then please contact your local branch to check. Please keep in mind that certain products may require immediate invoicing to secure your price.
Proforma invoices can also be raised on request.
Login to your trade account to easily access your invoice history with copies available to be viewed and downloaded in the “Account” area.
