With the PHC961TSIXH it is perfect whether you are looking to boil, steam or fry, this stainless steel gas hob will deliver a powerful, responsive heat.
The hob comes with 6 burners meaning you will easily be able to have lots of pans simmering away all at once.
There is also a very handy wok burner which is excellent for putting nutrients into healthy stir fry all with an intense burst of heat.
You can be safe to know that all the pans will go on the cast iron pan supports and with the simple rotary dials, it means you can be in total control for the temperature at any time.
