We know how much you rely on your appliances, so when they break down it can be a real headache. Don’t worry, we’ve taken all the stress out of getting a repair. Just get in touch, give us a few details and we’ll arrange for an approved engineer to get it fixed as soon as possible. There’s nothing for you to pay and there’s no limit on repairs.

Brand new replacement

If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it.

Sometimes it might not be possible or economically practical to repair your appliance. If this happens, we’ll make sure you’re given a brand-new replacement, no questions asked. You only need to pay for any installation costs.
