Found it cheaper? We’ll match the prices of similar retailers within the market. To make sure you’re always getting the most competitive deals, we compare our prices daily with leading retailers nationwide.

If you do find a product listed cheaper elsewhere, just get in touch with our team and they will be happy to review the offer.
What if I've already bought my product?
Worried about fluctuating prices? Our price match service is available for all customers up to 7 days post-purchase.
Just contact us providing your order information and the price match details of the other retailer (or it may even be ourselves!)
We’ll review this within 1 working day and refund the difference when applicable. This will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. T&Cs apply.

Terms & conditions
• The price match promise is based on the cost of the product, the cost of delivery and installation (If applicable). For example, if another retailer’s product is cheaper however the combined product and delivery is the same or more than Hughes, this will not be eligible for our price match promise.
• Price-matched products must be the same model, in stock with both Hughes and the alternative retailer, available to order on the same day, and offered on identical terms, including delivery to you within 2 days.
• The products being compared must be on a like-for-like basis. (For example, a product that is cheaper elsewhere but is offered with a shorter warranty will not be eligible for price matching.)
• We must be able to check the price, stock status and your eligibility to purchase from the other retailer in question.
• Price matching is available for product offers from selected leading retailers (Currys, Marks Electrical, AO, Argos, Richer Sounds, Appliances Direct). Please note that this excludes trade prices, prices only available as part of a paid membership/subscription and third-party marketplace sellers (Amazon, eBay etc.).
• We do not match exclusive discounts such as staff, student and NHS Blue Light offers.
• Unfortunately, we don’t price match on games consoles, computing products or Shark/Ninja products. However, please get in touch and we will do our best to match your found price.
• Price matching is only available for UK-based websites selling stock held within the UK mainland.
• Customers must be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a price match.
