Supporting the community

We love to play an active role in our local community and enjoy nothing more than finding new ways to offer support. Whether that is via fundraising, donations or taking part in nearby events, our staff are always raring to go! With the aim to give much-needed support to local organisations, our goal is to have a positive impact on the community and, on a larger scale, the environment. This is why our employees are actively encouraged and regularly participate in beach cleans, fun runs and bake sales, among many more. Our staff often fundraise in-store and help arrange the donation of vital appliances to charities and groups that need it the most. Some of the amazing causes we’ve supported in the past include Macmillan Cancer Support, UNICEF, Dementia UK, RNLI, Prostate Cancer UK and Save the Children, to name just a few.

We also regularly fundraise for our chosen charity – The Benjamin Foundation. Offering support for vulnerable young people in and around East Anglia, they continue to make a big impact in the local community. From sponsored walks and bike rides to skydives, we’ve done them all and our staff love to take part! To find out more about our chosen charity, click here.
