The WEEE collection will automatically be added to your delivery service. The delivery crew will take away your old appliance at the same time they deliver your new one following WEEE regulations.
Please ensure the item has been disconnected and, where applicable, free from any water/defrosted, in advance of your delivery. Built-in appliances need to be fully disconnected and removed from the housing, with any fascia panels removed.
Please note this service cannot be rebooked if the service cannot be carried out for any of the above reasons - which may invalidate the terms of the promotion.
