1. Customer visits reward site https://lgreward.com to complete claim form and upload proof of purchase. Terms and conditions are on the site.

2. After verification by LG the customer is then sent their pre-paid card in the post within 14 days

3. Customers receives their prepaid card in the post and follows the instructions provided on the LG branded letter to retrieve their card’s PIN
