For over 100 years, Hughes has grown its service capabilities so that it now has East Anglia’s largest infrastructure dedicated to the repair of home electrical and kitchen appliances.
Hughes has four dedicated service centres based in Norwich, Lowestoft, Ipswich and Thetford that employ more than 200 staff collectively. Each of these locations has a team of mobile engineers whose aim is to fix problems in your home on the first try, every time. There are also workshop-based engineers within each centre who repair more complex problems on behalf of a wide range of manufacturers and the general public.
Each one of our service centres also has a dedicated and professional delivery team ready and waiting to deliver your new purchase with specialist installers also waiting to expertly set up everything from aerials and satellites to built-in appliances.
