Life doesn’t wait for a broken fridge or washing machine. That’s why we offer delivery when you need it, on hundreds of items.
Express delivery (1–3 days)
Sometimes you need something a little faster! That’s where our express delivery service comes in handy.
Hughes provides next-day delivery on hundreds of items to make sure you don’t need to wait.
We apply an express delivery fee on all orders delivered within 3 days of ordering.
Ensure you are home for your delivery
We’re unable to deliver your TV or appliance unless you are at home. When booking your delivery date, please ensure you will be available on this day to take delivery.
Ensure there is clear access to the room
For delivery of larger appliances, we’ll deliver to your room of choice.
However, if there is no safe and clear access, our teams will not be able to proceed.
Let us know in advance of any parking issues
Our crews deliver in large vans. If you think there will be any issues for us to park or access the delivery address, such as requiring a permit, please let us know in advance.
Ensure an adult is present
For large appliances, we can only deliver your order if an adult aged 18 or over is present and able to sign for delivery.
Double check your details at checkout
Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct so we can send you all the information you need. Also check you have ordered the right product type, such as freestanding or integrated.
Prepare for your booked services
If you’ve purchased additional services, such as installation, please make sure the area is ready before we arrive by removing your old appliance. If you’ve also booked a disconnection service, we kindly ask that the appliance is fully drained of water beforehand.
After placing your order
Email confirmation of your order including confirmation of your delivery date.
The evening before your delivery
If you've ordered a large appliance, the evening before delivery, you will receive an email confirming either a 2 or 3 hour delivery timeslot. If your product is being delivered by Hughes, you will also receive a tracking link.
On your delivery day
If your order is being delivered by one of our partners, you will receive a text confirming when the order is out for delivery and a tracking link. Smaller orders will also receive a 1-hour timeslot in the morning.
For larger orders you’ll also receive a call 30 minutes before delivery to let you know when we’re close.
