Express delivery (1–3 days)

Sometimes you need something a little faster! That’s where our express delivery service comes in handy.

Hughes provides next-day delivery on hundreds of items to make sure you don’t need to wait.

We apply an express delivery fee on all orders delivered within 3 days of ordering.

Standard delivery (4+ days)

Our standard delivery pricing applies to orders that are delivered after 4 days of placing your order.

When you check out, you’ll get the option to choose your delivery date, so you know exactly when to expect your order and exactly how much you’ll be paying.

When placing your order with Hughes, you will be able to select exactly when you want to book your delivery for, including next-day slots and delivery over the weekend. 

We recommend placing your order before 3pm to guarantee the fastest delivery.

For the safety of our staff, deliveries of large appliances will only be made to ground-floor properties and appliances must not ascend or descend more than three steps/stairs. 

Please also be aware that, as we’ll be delivering heavy items into your home, our teams are unable to remove their footwear for safety reasons. We’d recommend putting down protective coverings, such as dust sheets, to help protect your carpets and floors.

Hughes orders are delivered by a combination of our own Hughes delivery teams and our trusted third-party delivery partners, APC, Arrow XL, BJS, and DPD, depending on your location and your order.

How fast can Hughes deliver my item?

Hughes offers next-day delivery on hundreds of items including TVs, washing machines, fridge freezers and more. When checking out, you’re able to pick a day that suits you, so you can plan to be at home when it arrives, even if that’s at the weekend!

Do Hughes deliver to all of the UK?

We’re currently focusing on our deliveries within mainland UK. That means we’re not yet reaching the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, most of the Highlands, or international addresses.

You can use the postcode checker on each product page to find out if and when we’ll be delivering to your area.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be sent a link to track your order, and for deliveries of large appliances you’ll get a call 30 minutes before we arrive to let you know we’re close. If your order is being delivered by one of our delivery partners, you can use their online tracking links here to track your delivery.

My new appliance is being delivered direct from the manufacturer, how does that affect me?

It doesn’t! We’ll let them know your preferred delivery date and they’ll keep this in mind when they book you into their van schedule. If this date doesn’t work, they will contact you directly to arrange an alternative that works for you.

Can I amend my order?

Mistakes happen! If you’ve made a mistake on your order, contact us as soon as possible by calling 0371 231 3113 or emailing sales@hughes.co.uk and we’ll do our best to get your order corrected before it’s sent out. We're unable to change your delivery address, however we can cancel your order allowing you to place a new order to the correct address.

What if I miss my delivery?

If we find that no one is in when we attempt to deliver your order, there may be a small charge for the unsuccessful delivery attempt. This also applies to orders cancelled after the goods are loaded into the van. You can find more information about unsuccessful delivery charges in our terms & conditions.

How do I return my recent purchase?

Can I change my delivery date?
