Hughes Shark FlexBreeze Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
The Hughes Shark FlexBreeze prize draw will run from 17th August 2026 until 11:59pm BST on 24th August 2026.
The promoter of this prize draw is Hughes TV & Audio Ltd, Warwick Court, Ellough Industrial Estate, Ellough, Beccles, Suffolk, NR34 7FD ("Hughes"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number 695682).
Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Employees of Hughes, its associated companies, agencies, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must enter in their own name. Hughes reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and eligibility. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in disqualification.
How to Enter

Tag at least one friend in the comments.
Each tag must be made in a separate comment to count as an additional entry. Entries submitted via Facebook and Instagram will be counted as separate entries.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Only entries received before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.
Hughes reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Prize
One winner will receive one Shark FlexBreeze Portable Fan FA220UK.
The prize is supplied by Shark but will be fulfilled and sent to the winner by Hughes.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Hughes reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across Facebook and Instagram. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random process.
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Hughes Facebook or Instagram account within 72 hours of the prize draw closing.
The winner must respond within 14 days of the initial contact and provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Hughes reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
Prize Fulfilment
The winner will be required to provide accurate delivery and contact details to enable Hughes to fulfil the prize.
Hughes will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's UK address. The prize is expected to be delivered within 30 days of the closing date.
Hughes is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, transportation issues, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Hughes will not be responsible for any prize that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winner.
Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county of residence. Participation is voluntary and will only take place with the winner's consent.
Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed by Hughes in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Hughes' Privacy Policy: Hughes Privacy Policy.
Personal data will only be used for the administration of the prize draw, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize, unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.
General
Hughes reserves the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
Hughes reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Hughes' decision regarding all matters relating to the prize draw shall be final, subject to applicable law.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform. Shark has only supplied the fan and is not affiliated with this giveaway competition.
By entering this promotion, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any liability associated with the promotion.
This prize draw is governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
