Goods will be delivered to a room of your choice. A delivery window will be supplied via SMS (where a mobile phone number is provided) or email, prior to delivery. Please let us know if there may be any accessibility issues, such as living up several flights of stairs or having restricted access to your property, as soon as possible after placing your order. Please take care to inspect your product for any damages or shortages and reject the delivery if necessary. Damages and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours. This does not include the WEEE disposal of your old appliance.
Disconnection services are only available for an appliance, like-for-like, to the appliance being delivered.
Please ensure all fixtures and fittings are in good working order, i.e. no seized taps, or this service may fail.
If you accept the delivery, the crew will not be able to return to complete the services at a later date.
Please note this service is not available on hard-wired or built-in appliances, cookers, or refrigeration.
(WEEE) Where available and selected at checkout - the delivery crew will take away your old appliance when they deliver your new one.
Please ensure that the item has been disconnected and, where applicable, free from any water/defrosted in advance of your delivery.
Built-in appliances must be fully disconnected and removed from the housing, with any fascia panels removed.
Please note that, if the service cannot be carried out upon delivery, it is unable to be rebooked.
If available and selected at checkout, your new appliance will be installed to your existing pipework by the delivery crew.
