The Jura 24231 CLARIS Blue+ Filter Cartridges are available as a convenient three-pack, designed to maintain water quality and protect your JURA coffee machine. The quality of that water has a direct impact on the final result in the cup. These filter cartridges are TUV-certified for hygiene and feature a new plus formula that builds on the established CLARIS filtration technology to deliver greater cleanliness and improved performance throughout the machine, beginning in the water tank itself.
This capsule works through the natural movement of water in the tank, which continuously flows gently through it without requiring additional energy or a dedicated mechanism. This process stabilises the water and reduces limescale deposits at the base of the tank. The upper section of the cartridge uses ion exchange and activated carbon with the up-flow principle, filtering precisely the right amount of water each time a coffee is prepared.
The highly effective granule filters calcium carbonate to an optimum level, even in areas with low water hardness, and reduces the presence of substances such as chlorine that can harm both the machine and the flavour of the coffee. The combination of tank stabilisation and in-brew filtration ensures consistent water quality and hygiene with every use.
RFID filter detection, compatible with JURA machines fitted with the Intelligent Water System (I.W.S.), allows the machine to recognise when a cartridge is inserted and automatically switch to filter mode before initiating a rinsing process. This system makes filter management straightforward and ensures the cartridge always operates at its full effectiveness.
