Ensure you are home for your delivery
We’re unable to deliver your TV unless you are at home. When booking your delivery date please ensure you will be available on this day to take delivery.
Ensure there is clear access to the room you would like us to deliver to
For TVs over 55", we’ll always aim to deliver to your room of choice. However, if there isn’t safe and clear access, our teams won’t be able to proceed.
Let us know in advance of any parking issues
Our crews deliver in large vans. If you think there will be any issues for us to park or access the delivery address, such as requiring a permit, please let us know in advance.
After placing your order
Email confirmation of your order including confirmation of your delivery date.
The evening before your delivery
If you've ordered a TV over 55", the evening before the delivery of your TV, you will receive an email and SMS confirming a 2 or 3-hour timeslot. If your product is being delivered by Hughes, you will receive a tracking link.
On your delivery day
Deliveries of smaller TVs will receive a 1-2 hour timeslot, sent on the morning of your delivery. If your TV, whether small or large, is being delivered by one of our partners, you’ll receive an email/SMS when your order is out for delivery, along with a tracking link. For larger TVs, you’ll also receive a call around 30 minutes before delivery to let you know we’re on our way.
